Just like tops, these cakewhirls will whirl in the wind, even on the side of your cake. They are especially great for those who are icing challenged like myself as they creatively dress up store bought cupcakes.
Available with either a tiny 2" head or a mini 3" head.
Swarovski crystal caps may be added for an additional $1 each.
