Design Your Own Strawberry Party Hats We custom make to coordinate with your strawberry or strawberry shortcake themed birthday party. Hat measures 7" tall and 5" wide at base. Elastic string is 17" long and will fit almost all head sizes. Printed on 80 lb cover cardstock. PLEASE NOTE: We specialize in custom orders. These party hats will not appear as shown. These unassembled hats are easy to assemble as no gluing or stapling is required - the backsides slide together via a notch system. Complete instructions on how to assemble are included.
