DIY Pinwheel Cupcake Birthday Invitations
A sweet way to invite guests to your child's birthday party.
This custom cupcake themed die cut invite is such a sweet way to invite your friends and family to your child's birthday party. The cupcake shaped insert slides perfectly into the cupcake wrapper. The insert includes text appropriately worded for any birthday party (see below) or you may also forward you preferred text. Also available as thank you note.
Invitations come unassembled; however, it just takes a few swipes of a glue stick here and there to assemble wrapper and pinwheel topper assembly is also quite simple. Directions provided. Actual insert merely slides in and out of wrapper.
You are able to select one paper design (from our hundreds of paper designs) for the cupcake wrapper and a coordinating solid color for the cupcake top. You may also select two paper designs for the pinwheel topper. Invitations are printed in-house on 80 lb cover cardstock using our professional ink jet printer. Pinwheel topper is available with either scallops (as shown) or with a straight edge.
How it works:
- Select one patterned paper design for the cupcake wrapper and toppers from the hundreds available below:
- Select one coordinating solid color for the cupcake insert.
- Select two papers for the pinwheel topper noting your preference for the inside and outside of the pinwheel.
- Please note whether you prefer straight or scalloped pinwheel topper.
- Please let us know your child's name and age, the party location (including address) and an RSVP number.
- Please place your preferences and invite text information in the comment area of your shopping cart.
Minimum order of 12.
Beyond 12 these must be ordered in multiples of 2.
Coordinating party supplies, including pinwheels, pennants, and party hats, are also available.

- 6.5x6.5 unprinted white envelope (requires extra postage)
