Pricing includes either clear glass seed beed or faux pearl beed spacer. You may upgrade to a genuine crystal swarovski caps on all pinwheels if you'd like your cake topper to sparkle.
For either handheld size please select two paper designs from this link. Please note which paper you'd like on the inside and the outside of the pinwheels in comment area when ordering. Also available with either scalloped or straight/tailored edges.
