These Extra Large Pinwheel Bouquets are also available without ribbon. 16" dowel rod - handle measures 17" with finials. Actual pinwheel head measures approx. 12" or 10" across from tip to tip. Total height from tip of pinwheel to end of dowel finial is approx 22".
