Hat measures 7" tall and 5" wide at base - not including pinwheel topper.
Elastic string is 17" long and will fit almost all head sizes. Pinwheel topper measure 6" tall including handle. Note: Plain hats are also available in our shop.
Available for purchase either assembled or unassembled. The unassembled hats are easy to assemble as no gluing or stapling is required - the backsides slide together via a notch system. Complete instructions on how to assemble are included.

$3.00 some assembly required party hats - The some assembly required party hats will be in hat form with elastic attached but pinwheel topper will need to be attached separately upon receiving - this cuts down on shipping costs dramatically since hats can be stacked within one another. Complete instructions on how to insert pinwheel toppers will be included.
