Design Your Own Pinwheel Party Hats

These birthday party hats are just too cute for words - very unqiue and fun for teens and adults. The pinwheel topper actually spins! We can custom make them to match your birthday party theme perfectly.

All paper for party hats is printed in house on our large format printer.

For each set of 6 hats, please list 3 preferred papers for the hats and 2 preferred papers for the pinwheel attachers.

Hat measures 7" tall and 5" wide at base - not including pinwheel topper.
Elastic string is 17" long and will fit almost all head sizes.

Pinwheel topper measures 4" wide and 6" tall, including stick. Stick is inserted into hole in top of party hat and the stick is held to the inside side of the party hat via a glue dot.

Available for purchase either assembled or unassembled. The unassembled hats are easy to assemble as no gluing or stapling is required - the backsides slide together via a notch system. Complete instructions on how to assemble are included.

$2.50 unassembled party hats - the unassembled hats are easy to assemble as no gluing or stapling is required - the backsides slide together via a notch system. Pinwheel toppers do come completely assembled. Complete instructions on how to assemble partys hats are included.
$3.00 some assembly required party hats - The some assembly required party hats will be in hat form with elastic attached but pinwheel topper will need to be attached separately upon receiving - this cuts down on shipping costs dramatically since hats can be stacked within one another. Glue dots will be in appropriate position but once you receive you'll need to remove protective film from dot, insert the pinwheel into the top of hat, and press stick against dot.

PLEASE READ & NOTE:
We do not charge for shipping and handling until after your order has been prepared for shipment. As we dislike to upcharge on S&H fees and it's terribly difficult to estimate these fees, we will bill you only after we've received your address and prepared your box for shipment. We will bill you for this additional amount via Paypal - please watch your e-mail for an invoice. Need a guesstimate, please let me know or please review our FAQ section for more info. We prefer to ship via USPS Priority Mail, Insured. Most orders run between $7 and $11 depending on order size, weight, and location of delivery. If you have a large order, your fees may be higher.
