Please put paper requests in comment area below. For each order of 12 party hats you may select 2 different paper designs only.
Hat measures 7" tall and 5" wide at base. Elastic string is 17" long and will fit almost all head sizes. Printed on 80 lb cardstock.

Available either assembled or unassembled. Unassembled hats are easy to assemble as no gluing or stapling is required - the backsides slide together via a notch system. Complete instructions on how to assemble are included.
