Not only does this help track all of our correspondence, it also helps organize custom orders. Since this pinwhirl thing is still a part-time gig for now, I find that it's sometimes easiest to reply during wacky early morning or late evening hours when returning phone calls just isn't possible. I normally respond before 6 am and after 4pm weekdays and check my e-mails frequently on weekends. This is also when I do most of the assembly work. I normally respond within 24 hours, many times much sooner.
